The dust jack shows some shelf wear at the edges and has a couple of small holes at the spine. Please see photos. I have hundreds of books that have been handed down through generations, plus more recent books. Some are in great condition, some showing much use and some damage. A lot of the books came from homes, bay houses, or beach houses along the Gulf Coast, back before air conditioning, where there is high humidity and severe weather at times. Especially some of the older books from the early 1900's. We were taught that books are very valuable and should never be destroyed as long as they are still readable.
