  1. Prompt shipping. Might I suggest a box rather than an envelope for a large hardcover book? Thank you. The corners of the shipping envelope were wearing through; the book, fortunately, escaped harm. A longer shipping distance may have resulted in damage. This was an expensive book, over 50 dollars, so I think it deserved a box. Thanks for your consideration.

  2. The Neuromancer arrived today. I don’t know if the pages were bent before shipping, but they are now and there is a bump on the bottom edge. Neither of these were mentioned in the Description. So, not worth sending back, but not worth full marks either.
