My experience with the seller deserves 6☆. They patiently answered my questions when I requested my order be sent at a later date due to my being out of the country and even offered to upgrade shipping to Expedited at no extra cost. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order due to a change of plans, and they very promptly issued a refund despite the time spent working with me and discussing logistics. I'm more than happy to revisit their store in the future because their customer service is 100/10

This Brochure From Love Never Dies From Japan Earlier this year Was Posted Very quickly and Packaged really well and was just as Described. As a Massive fan of Phantom of the Opera and Love Never Dies in General This was excellent value for money and is a brilliant Addition to my collection of Phantom Merchandise.
