Product arrived ahead of schedule. Product was well packed. Recliners were easy to assemble and function as described. I ordered two recliners and one has a defective zipper from the factory on arm rest. (Not sellers fault). Seller is happy working to replace part as I write this. I am very happy with seller. The dimensions of the chairs was stated incorrectly in the listing. I'm pretty sure the error was on the Chinese manufacturer and not the seller. The seller was very pleasant to deal with and supplied return shipping and issued a prompt refund. Mistakes get made, but this seller made it right quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.
