When we received the item, a wire had been cut at the unit and a new wire with connection was needed. Contacted the seller, seller was unaware of the cut wire and reimbursed me for the cost of the replacement wire. Very happy with this seller in offering to give a credit for the wire that was needed without having to ask for it.

Item was shipped on time. Collar was packed in bubble wrap bag with additional bubble wrap inside around the box. The Collar I received was as described I was more than satisfied with price. I saved this seller as a favorite for future orders. They responded to my questions very fast.
