Seller is great, but I'm leaving this transaction very disappointed. My package arrived mangled, which I'm sure is the carriers fault. Unfortunately, both figures are severely damaged due to insufficient packaging. One has it's base broken in half and the trolls entire figure has been pushed forward and off the base. Super glue will make them playable, but the cost of these makes that less than desirable.
The product was as described and well worth the value! Shipping was quick and timely! The packaging was impeccable! The item was securely wrapped in bubble wrap and the card was bagged with a piece of cardboard paper to protect from bending! 10/10 would buy again!
Great Ebay seller, excellent communication, but unfortunately I will not be doing any business internationally because Ebay International shipping customer service refused to give me part refund on damaged items. The seller was not to blame.
