Truth be told, the poster frame arrived with a crack in it. This was not the fault of the seller at all, but rather it appeared to have been damaged in transit. When I contacted them, they very quickly got back to me and offered me a refund. All in all, despite the frame coming broken, I would most certainly highly recommend this seller for their great customer service. Sometimes bad luck is just bad luck, and I would most certainly consider doing business with this seller again in the future.
The item arrived earlier than stated, a plus. The bins were not packaged to prevent scuffs or damage during shipping, so they do not appear to be in new condition was as promised. Also, I find it quite irritating for a seller to have a make an offer button the only offer that is accepted is full price. Do use that button as an option if you aren't going to give a discount!
OMG YEAH!!! This item arrived the day after I ordered it!!! Somebody really does care!!! They even knocked and left it at my door in a 17-floor apartment tower!!! I am very happy with this purchase!!! Brand new, great value, best you can get for the money!!! Packaging was minimal and ideal for the environment. I highly recommend you buy from this seller!!!
