Der Gesetzgeber konnte nur auf Erfahrungen zurückgreifen, die in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland seit 1950 mit der freiwilligen Aufstellung und Veröffentli­ chung von Konzernabschlüssen einiger großer Konzerne vor allem aus den Bereichen der Montan-, Chemie- und Elektroindustrie gesammelt worden waren; im Ausland boten besonders die Vorschriften der nordamerikanischen Securities and Exchange Commission über die Konzernrechnungslegung manche Anhaltspunkte. So betrat der Gesetzgeber - wie es in der Begrün­ dung zum Regierungsentwurf des Aktiengesetzes ausdrücklich heißt - mit den Vorschriften über die Aufstellung von Konzernabschlüssen Neuland; daher schien es ihm angebracht, vorsichtig vorzugehen. Dennoch sind trotz der gründlichen Beratung des Gesetzes Mängel nicht ausgeblieben: Viele Einzelfragen der Konzernbilanzierung bleiben völlig offen; manche Probleme lassen sich überhaupt nicht sinnvoll lösen, wenn das Ergebnis im Einklang mit dem Wortlaut des Gesetzes stehen soll. Einige Vorschriften sind - ge­ messen an den in der Begründung angegebenen Zielen der Kodifizierung des Konzernabschlusses- sogar offensichtlich verfehlt. Der Wirtschaftspraxis und der Fachwissenschaft bleibt es nun überlassen, für die auftretenden Probleme des Konzernabschlusses Lösungen zu finden, die dem Zweck des Aktiengesetzes entsprechen und Wege zu einer späteren Reform des Gesetzes weisen.   2. The basket is perfectly what I ordered and as listed. It came in the factory packaging and was perfect upon delivery. Thank you postal service lol. The delivery took way longer than listed though, it was listed to come in a week from purchase, but took a whole month. I had some concerns at first, but communication with the company was top notch and they were very professional and answered most of my questions satisfyingly. Just prepare for a longer wait than listed, but I got what I bought lol.

  3. The two new out-of-print books I ordered were exactly as described and shipped promptly. I did ask the seller's support person (an AI chatbot, I think) to be sure to package the items carefully, and "he" said that he'd make that request of the shipping department. I knew this was hooey, and as I expected, the books were shipped in nothing but a padded paper mailer, no other protection. I got lucky, no damage, but don't bother making special requests of this seller.
