The durable replacement pan : The durable replacement pan is made with a flexible polypropylene plastic mixture which is odor resistant, easy to clean and stronger than other replacement pans that are made of ABS plastic. Additionally, our replacement pans are injection molded during the manufacturing process making them more flexible / durable than competitors who vacuum seal their pans during the manufacturing process. These pans are designed to easily slide in and out of the dog crate for easy cleaning in the event an accident occurs. Although these are made as replacement pans for our dog crates, many customers also use them as a multi-purpose tray as well. Even though the package was delivered to a different address when I contacted the seller, he was more than adamant to listen to what had happened after I had contacted the Federal Express confirming that it went to another address and they refunded what I had paid and I'm grateful for that. So kudos to the seller
I didn't receive this item. I highly suspect the USPS is at fault here. This isn't the only time that an item wasn't delivered to my address recently. The seller responded quickly and resolved the issue, although as stated, I don't find any fault on their part.
